1230 Report to Congress on Afghanistan (Nov 2013)

The most recent 1230 report to Congress has been released by the Department of Defense. This is the November 2013 report. It is formally known as the Report on Progress Toward Security and Stability in Afghanistan. The report covers a variety of topics to include security, ANSF growth, development, and operations, governance, reconstruction and development, regional engagement, and security metrics and assessments.
