Information Operations

 Info War with ISIS. It appears that the Islamic State is eating the State Department's lunch when it comes to the information operations arena. U.S. Losing in Battle of Perception. The U.S. must revamp its approach to the 'Battlefield of Perception". At least according to Steven Metz. Read his report in World Politics Review (Oct 2, 2015).

Interview with Taliban Leader. It seems that the new Taliban leader that replaced Mullah Omar is not shy about interacting with the media. According to the Associated Press (AP) Mullah Akhtar Mansoor provided a telephone interview to the AP.
