Taliban in Northern Helmand

The Taliban have apparently made some gains in the Kajaki district of Helmand province. This long-fought for area has been a thorn in the side of ISAF for many years and continues to be problematic for the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF). The British spent a number of years in this district as well. It is also the location of the very important Kajaki Dam.
