Sinophobia in Afghanistan

During his recent visit to China President Ghani signed several economic and security agreements with the Chinese government and received a commitment of $327 million in foreign aid by 2017. One commentator believes that the Afghans usually have two views on foreign nations "assisting" Afghanistan. Some see it as an infringement and others see it as true assistance.
