Lack of Justice Drives Taliban Recruiting
The establishment of Rule of Law (RoL) in Afghanistan is not progressing as quickly as it needs to. There are a lot of factors holding RoL back to include the drug trade, government corruption, ineffective and corrupt police, lack of security, and a corrupt judiciary. These same factors are a major factor in the recruitment of young people for the Taliban cause.
