Khamyab District Now Controlled by Taliban

Afghanistan's Khamyab district in Jowzjan province is now controlled by the Taliban. Attempts by government forces to re-take the district with the assistance of local militias have failed. High-ranking police officers of the district have been killed. The population of the district now lives under 'Taliban rules'.
