ANSF "Inept" at Vehicle Repairs

It is like a breath of fresh air. An American general finally telling it like it is. Most likely LTG Joe Anderson has already filed his retirement papers and has decided that a 4th star is not in the future - because he has the audacity to actually not fudge with the truth. Such as calling the Afghan forces 'inept' at basic motor repairs or saying that the ANSF has a recruitment and retention problem. I don't think that he has been coordinating his public statements with the ISAF PAO office.
