U.S. Funding Goes to Afghan Insurgency

According to a recent report (October 2014) by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) the United States refuses to 'suspend or debar' supporters of the Afghan insurgency from receiving lucrative government contracts because the information about these individuals is classified.
