AVATAR - SOCOM Data Mining

AVATAR is an open-source data-mining program to be run by Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at the tactical, strategic, and operational levels. AVATAR stands for "Automated Visualization for Tailored Analytical Reporting". The objective of AVATAR is to filter and display open-source information that is specific and timely to the needs of Special Operations Forces.
