SIGAR: ANSF Literacy Program Needs Oversight

The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) has published a report (January 2014) entitled Afghan National Security Forces: Despite Reported Successes, Concerns Remain about Literacy Program Results, Contract Oversight, Transition, and Sustainment, SIGAR 14-30 Audit Report.
