It appears that the Commander of U.S. Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A) is comfortable with the progress of retrograde from Afghanistan. The number of troops is diminishing at a steady rate - and lots of equipment is flowing home (or being transferred to Afghans or being scrapped).
