Nuristan - Remote Province of Afghanistan Ignored by ISAF and Kabul
Nuristan province, Afghanistan is at the top and end of the world. It is one of the most mountainous provinces of Afghanistan with few roads and very little government presence. The Taliban have free reign and freedom of movement throughout the province. The province is plagued with poverty, corruption, and almost no government services.
