NATO Says Progress Being Made in Afghanistan

The NATO Secretary General, Anders Rasmussen, says that progress is being made in Afghanistan despite periodic setbacks. He says that ISAF has shifted to a train, advise, and assist role with the Afghans doing the brunt of the fighting.
