Businesses Succeed in Building Afghanistan Infrastructure

International businesses are fully engaged in building an infrastructure (irrigation, electrical power, etc.) in Afghanistan that never existed.  These firms come under a lot of pressure when they fall behind in their project time lines or experience cost overruns.
