Rescue Attempt for British Aid Worker Held Hostage in Afghanistan Goes Badly
A rescue attempt by U.S. Special Operations Forces in Afghanistan to save a British aid worker from captivity has gone off badly. The rescue force apparently killed the aid worker in the process of trying to rescue her.
