Petraeus Sees Progress in Zhari and Panjwai Districts of Afghanistan

General Petraeus is seeing some progress in the fight against the Taliban in the areas west of Kandahar.  He reports that there are areas of stability taking hold where the Taliban used to control.  Read more in "Gen.
