Article - Presidential Intelligence. Samuel F. Rascoff has penned an article concerning the role of the President and the National Security Council in overseeing foreign intelligence collection. Rascoff is a Professor of Law as well as Faculty Director for the Center on Law and Security at the New York University Law School. Several responses to his article are also available.
