Germany Building New Engineering College in Balkh
Germany is continuing its development aid to Afghanistan in 2015. The country is providing funding (3.4 million Euros) for the construction of an engineering college in Balkh province. The college will provide education in railway construction, plumbing, electricity, road construction, and masonry. Germany is funding the project through its Kreditanstalt fur Wiederaufbau (KFW) Development Bank.
