1,000 DA Civilians Serve in Afghanistan
The Under Secretary of the Army Brad Carson recently spoke at the AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition and he commented on the value that Department of the Army civilians provide to the Army at large. There are over 1,000 DA civilians currently working in Afghanistan; and over 16,000 have served there over the years.
