Taliban Plans to Disrupt Afghan Elections

The Taliban is developing plans to disrupt the Afghan elections. If they can project the image that the elections are unfair or not representative or not enough Afghans participated then they can portray the elections as invalid. However, the Taliban need to determine how to disrupt the elections without alienating the Afghan people.
