Ground Renewable Expeditionary Energy Network (GREEN) Used by Marines in Helmand Province

The Marines are leading the way in the military in the use of solar power in Afghanistan. They are now using a new technology called Ground Renewable Expeditionary Energy Network (GREEN) to power small operations centers in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
