Afghan Local Police (ALP) Proving Their Worth in Northern Afghanistan
The role of the Afghan Local Police (ALP) in northern Afghanistan has evolved from an immature force to a unit of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) trusted by villages and the communities they serve.
