COIN Theory: COIN Training Center in Afghanistan Teaches How to Succeed With Counterinsurgency

The Counterinsurgency Training Center in Afghanistan teaches Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) and coalition partners about the basics of COIN.  COL Chadwick W.
